Job Description

PALO IT is seeking a Sales Developer to accelerate market penetration across key industries. The Sales Developer will work with the Growth and Delivery teams to identify, qualify, and nurture leads, transforming them into high-value opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls.
  • Nurture early-stage prospects by maintaining engagement.
  • Collaborate with account managers and consultants to co-design proposals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide feedback to the marketing team.
  • Attend key events and ecosystem meetups to represent PALO IT.
  • Support in the preparation of bids, RFP responses, and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and digital transformation.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and prospecting tools.
