Job Description
PALO IT is seeking a Sales Developer to accelerate market penetration across key industries. The Sales Developer will work with the Growth and Delivery teams to identify, qualify, and nurture leads, transforming them into high-value opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls.
- Nurture early-stage prospects by maintaining engagement.
- Collaborate with account managers and consultants to co-design proposals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide feedback to the marketing team.
- Attend key events and ecosystem meetups to represent PALO IT.
- Support in the preparation of bids, RFP responses, and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B Sales Development, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and digital transformation.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and prospecting tools.
