PALO IT is seeking a Resource Manager to drive operational efficiency and optimize internal processes. The Resource Manager will enable cross-functional collaboration within the local and global teams. This role focuses on optimizing resource allocation and deploying delivery excellence across scope-based projects.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with departments for strategic resourcing.
• Ensure optimal allocation of consultants.
• Oversee and refine the resource management process.
• Provide updates on resource utilization.
• Optimize resource allocation.
• Act as a liaison for inter-office staffing requests.
• Contribute to presales activities.
• Review and validate scope-based SOWs.
• Oversee the execution and delivery of scope-based projects.
• Identify and address at-risk projects.
• Ensure consistent application of the company's delivery model.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in a senior role within the digital/technology industry.
• Skilled communicator.
• Ability to plan and manage operational processes.
• Proficient in implementing and optimizing structures.
• Well-versed in modern leadership principles.
