Job Description
Grata, a leading private market dealmaking platform, is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth within its key accounts. The Account Manager will proactively interact with senior stakeholders, build rapport, and drive end-users towards Grata's services. This role involves strategic account planning, upselling, cross-selling, and collaborating with internal teams. Grata is a hybrid company, and employees work from the NYC office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
The role involves:
- Developing and executing account growth strategies.
- Identifying and closing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Expanding the use of Grata beyond current user groups.
- Leading commercial negotiations for renewals, upsells, and new contracts.
- Building lasting relationships with decision-makers.
- Maintaining up-to-date client organizational maps.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Demonstrable success managing renewals and upsells.
- Experience managing key/enterprise-level accounts.
- Commercially oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a feedback-driven environment.
- Innovative, persuasive, and creative.
- Well-organized with high attention to detail.
- Self-starter who can develop strategies.
