Job Description
Grata is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to enhance the sales team's productivity and effectiveness. This role involves partnering with Sales leadership and other teams to drive scalability and repeatability. The Sales Enablement Manager will focus on content creation, training, sales process optimization, and enablement technology oversight.
Responsibilities include:
- Organizing and driving effective onboarding processes for new Account Executives (AEs) and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
- Leading ongoing situational learning programs for AEs and BDRs, providing coaching and feedback.
- Designing workflows and playbooks to enable the sales team across various client end markets and use cases.
- Creating, managing, and refining materials for sales interactions and organizing content to support value-based discussions.
- Monitoring the effectiveness of content across market segments, personas, and sales stages.
- Leading the review and selection of enablement tools, including sales interaction platforms and content management systems.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and sales enablement, preferably in a SaaS or subscription-based financial research service.
- Experience leading sales development initiatives and providing insights into best practices.
- Proven success as a coach and teacher, developing and delivering sales training programs.
- Superlative oral and written communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with product and marketing teams.
- Experience with high-velocity sales and rapidly growing customer base.
