Job Description
At-Bay is seeking a Cyber Claims Counsel in San Francisco, CA. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve cyber incidents, evaluate coverage, and draft coverage letters. The Cyber Claims Counsel will build strong relationships across the company, advise underwriting and risk functions, and cultivate relationships with brokers and insureds. They will also manage exposure for cyber incidents and third-party litigation, report on significant claims, and focus on continuous improvement.

Role Involves:
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve cyber incidents
  • Evaluating coverage for claims and drafting coverage letters

  • Reporting on significant claims to management

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years’ experience handling complex first and third-party cyber, tech, and media claims
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional service
  • Claims adjusting background and/or insurance practice experience
  • Legal degree required
  • Knowledge of current cyber trends
