Strategy and Operations Director, Europe

Job Description

At-Bay is seeking a Strategy and Operations Director to lead its European expansion. This role involves working directly with the CEO and reporting to the Chief of Staff and VP of Business Operations. The Strategy and Operations Director will be responsible for creating and executing the playbook for international expansion, shaping strategy, managing the roadmap, and working with internal and external stakeholders to establish At-Bay's operations in markets outside of the US, starting with the UK and Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of At-Bay’s international strategy.
• Define the roadmap for the first international expansion site.
• Lead the day-to-day execution of the work.
• Actively manage and lead a cross-functional working team.
• Identify and solve problems as they arise.
• Lead communications and provide regular updates to At-Bay leadership.
• Codify best practices and create the playbook for expansion to subsequent markets.

Requirements:

• 4-6+ years of work experience in a top-level consulting firm.
• Proven track record of project leadership experience.
• Experience actively managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to excel in different roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enthusiasm and experience working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
