DevOps Team Leader

Job Description

At-Bay is seeking a DevOps Team Leader to join their team in Tel Aviv. The ideal candidate will lead, support, and mentor DevOps engineers, providing technical and management leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS, cloud-based architectures, and the ability to plan and implement the team's roadmap to meet business objectives. The DevOps Team Leader will collaborate with architects and tech leads to define infrastructure needs and support their efforts. They will also provide guidance to development teams on using the underlying infrastructure, build strong knowledge-sharing practices, and oversee DevOps tasks, including code reviews and development assistance.

• Lead, support, and mentor DevOps engineers
• Plan and implement the team's roadmap
• Collaborate with architects and tech leads
• Provide support and guidance to dev teams
• Oversee DevOps tasks and perform code reviews

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Team Lead with at least 3 members
• 3+ years of programming experience (Python, Java, Go)
• Experience with live production systems
• Experience with microservices architectures and automation tools
• Experience with AWS
• Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies (Jenkins, Git)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (a plus)
• Great communication skills in Hebrew and English
