Job Description

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is expanding its commercial team for new business at XP Empresas. They are seeking a Hunter/Banker to focus on prospecting, building a portfolio, and fostering relationships with companies. This role involves close interaction with CFOs and CEOs, as well as collaboration with teams in Fixed Income, Credit Products, Insurance, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, and Capital Markets.

The role involves:

• Origination of new PJ accounts
• Monitoring portfolio with PJ clients
• Mapping client operations and connecting them with the best financial solutions.

Requirements:

• Commercial profile with strong communication skills
• High level of intensity and discipline
• Knowledge of the current economic scenario
• Bachelor's degree
• CPA-20 certification
• Availability to work in person in Belo Horizonte
• Knowledge in Cash Management, Exchange and Derivatives, Surety Insurance, Credit Analysis and Receivables Anticipation, Capital Markets.
• CEA, CFP, CFG or CGA certification (diferential)
