Job Description

XP Inc. is seeking a Banker Corporate B2B to manage a portfolio of economic groups with revenues above R$500MM per year. The role involves constant interaction with large clients and key product stakeholders within the bank, including Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange, Credit, Global Markets, Insurance, Real Estate, STG, and Investment Banking.

The Banker Corporate B2B will be responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of large corporate clients.
• Interacting with clients and product stakeholders.
• Providing expertise in various financial products.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Commercial profile combined with technical knowledge of treasury products.
• Discipline and organization.
• Availability to travel 3 times a week.
• In-depth knowledge of the current economic scenario and the large corporate market.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in serving corporate clients in the financial sector or related segments.
