Business Development Ops.

XP Inc. is seeking a Business Development Operations professional to join their team in São Paulo. XP Inc. is one of the largest independent financial institutions in Brazil, known for brands like XP, Rico, and Clear. With over 4.6 million active clients and R$ 1.1 trillion in assets, they have been transforming the financial market for 23 years.

The Business Development Ops will focus on building relationships with leaders and managers of advisory offices (B2B), addressing operational topics related to processes and products. The main challenge involves resolving operational issues that require internal escalation within XP, often directly impacting financial indicators.

Responsibilities:

• Resolving operational problems between the office and XP.
• Developing and enhancing operational teams within the office.
• Analyzing and diagnosing churn-related issues.
• Enhancing indirect performance initiatives.

Requirements:

• CPA-20 or PQO certification is a plus.
