XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking an Officer PME to join its commercial team in Rio de Janeiro. This role involves prospecting, building a portfolio, and fostering relationships with companies. The Officer will work closely with CFOs, CEOs, and various internal teams, including Fixed Income, Credit Products, Insurance, Foreign Exchange, Derivatives, and Capital Markets.Responsibilities:

• Prospecting and acquiring new business clients.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored financial solutions.
• Staying informed about market trends and economic conditions.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
• High level of intensity and discipline.
• Knowledge of the current economic scenario.
• Bachelor's degree.
• CPA-20 certification.
• Availability to work on-site in Rio de Janeiro.
