XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is expanding its commercial team for new business at XP Empresas. They are seeking an Officer (New Business) to focus on prospecting, building a portfolio, and fostering client relationships. This role involves close interaction with CFOs and CEOs, as well as internal teams across various financial products.Role involves:

• Prospecting new clients
• Building and managing a client portfolio
• Developing relationships with companies
• Interacting with CFOs and CEOs
• Collaborating with internal teams (Fixed Income, Credit Products, Insurance, etc.)

Requirements:

• Commercial profile with strong communication skills
• High level of intensity and discipline
• Knowledge of the current economic scenario
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience serving corporate clients in the financial market
• Bachelor's degree
• CPA-20 certification
• Availability to work in person in São Paulo
