The role involves day-to-day operations, client relationship management, team and process management, strategy implementation, and commercial expansion.

• Leading day-to-day operations
• Managing relationships with key clients
• Overseeing people, processes, and indicators
• Defining and implementing performance strategies
• Driving commercial expansion in the region

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the financial market
• Knowledge and relationships within the North/Northeast region
• Experience in people management
• Familiarity with commercial management methodologies
• Organizational skills and adherence to processes
• Completed higher education
• Availability for frequent travel
