Sales Trading Analyst | Institutional Offshore

XP Inc., a leading independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Sales Trading Analyst to join its Institutional Offshore Operations team. This team ensures the efficient and secure execution of international operations, combining operational excellence with innovation. The role involves negotiating interest rate swaps and OTC currency derivatives for institutional clients in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable solutions for automating operational routines and controlling international OTC operations (interest rate swaps and currency derivatives).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on innovation and continuous improvement projects in pre- and post-trade flows for the institutional offshore desk.
• Optimize efficiency and security in the execution of operations in high-speed and high-precision environments.
• Implement tools and scripts that reduce operational risks and increase the fluidity of operations for institutional clients.

Requirements:

• Analytical and organized profile with good interpersonal communication skills.
• Genuine interest in the financial market and the functioning of the offshore market.
• Proactive in seeking improvements and collaborating with different areas of the company.
• Experience in trading desk environments or business support in the financial market (desirable).
• Experience developing scripts or automations to facilitate work routines (desirable).
• Advanced English for communication with an international audience (desirable).
• Constant curiosity for new technologies and solutions for process optimization (desirable).
