The ideal candidate will support strategic development and planning for the People Operations area, contributing to the achievement of its objectives. This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and monitoring progress in a dynamic environment.

• Accompanying the implementation of initiatives.
• Identifying gaps and implementing action plans.
• Preparing executive materials.
• Managing recurring agendas, including goal tracking, expense management, and periodic meetings.
• Managing area events, including vendor contact, budget collection, proposal presentation, budget management, and payment.
• Handling area communications, from strategy creation to content development.

• Experience with strategic planning, stakeholder analysis, and situational analysis.
• Experience with project management process facilitation.
• Experience with data analysis for metric and indicator monitoring.
• Knowledge of data collection methods and form structuring.
