Job Description
The Senior HR Operations Analyst at XP Inc. will focus on Structure Management, ensuring the organizational structure aligns with the company's strategy. This role involves making necessary adjustments and ensuring movements adhere to institutional policies and governance. The analyst will participate in transformation meetings and collaborate with business areas to understand needs and propose better structure organization, assessing legal, process, and system impacts.

Responsibilities include:
  • Working on HR Operations topics, focusing on Structures and Movements.
  • Participating in projects, restructuring processes, and organizing structures.
  • Configuring SAP SuccessFactors and proposing improvements.
  • Analyzing system interfaces and impacts.
  • Providing solutions for errors and working with technology teams.
  • Mobilizing teams and stakeholders for change implementation.
  • Monitoring KPIs for organizational and process efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Structures and Movements, and other HR Operations topics.
  • Experience in implementing projects and system changes.
  • Knowledge of HR tools, specifically SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Systemic view and impact analysis skills.
  • Focus on results and a proactive attitude.
