  • Designing development solutions to enhance the development of professionals in XP's Atacado bank.
  • Developing development paths based on data and business needs.
  • Creating innovative solutions to boost engagement among professionals.
  • Measuring the results of implemented actions and proposing improvements based on indicators.

Requirements:
  • Experience in designing development and educational solutions within a corporate context.
  • Experience with analysis and construction of competency mapping.
  • Data-driven mindset and needs assessment skills.
  • Knowledge of career, development, and talent management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PPT and Excel: procs, pivot tables).
  • Availability to work in the São Paulo/SP office.
