XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Product Specialist to join their HR team. This role is crucial for designing and governing the recruitment and selection process within XP Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end process, from initial design to ensuring efficiency, focusing on candidate experience, team productivity, and data-driven insights.
The Product Specialist will monitor key performance indicators, propose improvements, and ensure the sustainability of recruitment processes. They will also oversee the effectiveness of platforms and systems used in the selection process, as well as the automation and intelligence aspects.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing and optimizing the internal and external selection process.
- Monitoring key indicators and proposing improvements.
- Overseeing the efficiency of recruitment platforms and systems.
- Developing and delivering training for the selection team and leadership.
- Supporting employer branding strategies for the selection process.
- Supporting corporate programs such as referrals, internships, and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Hybrid work model, averaging 3 days per week in the office.
- Knowledge of project management, workflows, indicators, and methodologies.
- Knowledge of the selection process.
- Experience with ATS Greenhouse (preferred).
- Experience in monitoring and managing Power BI constructions (preferred).
