The Recruitment Manager will lead the Talent Acquisition team and Training & Career Programs.
Role Involves:
- Leading the Recruitment & Selection team.
- Strategic planning for Attraction, Recruitment, and Selection.
- Ensuring recruitment quality and candidate experience.
- Managing and analyzing area indicators and results.
- Creating and implementing technical and behavioral training programs.
- Structuring career paths aligned with company strategies.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in Recruitment & Selection operations and products.
- Experience with Training, Career, and Learning/Development Programs.
- Experience managing functional and multidisciplinary teams.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Focus on results with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize demands.
- Communication and Executive Presentation skills.
- Availability to work in São Paulo/SP, predominantly in person.
- Intermediate English.
