XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking an Analyst for Structuring and Governance within its Securities Services division. The role involves developing and creating differentiated products and solutions within the XP Securities Services ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be passionate about performance and thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

The analyst will work with different teams, such as marketing, sales and compliance.

Role Involves:

• Registering funds and investment clubs with regulatory bodies (B3, CVM, ANBIMA, Receita Federal).
• Structuring new products and processes in collaboration with internal teams.
• Conducting assemblies and making changes to regulations or statutes of investment clubs and funds.
• Staying updated on capital market regulatory matters and their business implications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in registering funds and investment clubs.
• Ability to structure new products and processes.
• Knowledge of conducting assemblies and altering regulations.
• Up-to-date knowledge of capital market regulations.
• Ability to work in different contexts with different products and themes.
• Knowledge about the fund, custody and club industry.
• Ability to handle pressure and short deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes.
