Job Description

The Analista de Auditoria Pleno role at XP Inc. involves contributing to the evaluation of activities and relevant processes across various business lines. This includes financial, operational, product, and administrative areas. The primary goal is to validate compliance with established procedures and policies, ensuring alignment with laws and regulations, and mitigating relevant risks.

Role involves:

• Conducting internal audits across the organization.
• Evaluating processes and controls to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Identifying risk areas and proposing improvements to internal processes.
• Preparing detailed audit reports with recommendations for corrective actions and process improvements.
• Monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations and providing guidance.
• Staying updated with changes in regulations and accounting standards, adapting internal processes accordingly.

Requirements:

• Alignment with XP Inc. culture.
• Communicative and curious profile to extract information effectively.
• Graduation in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Previous experience in internal audit, preferably in Brokerage or Investment Banks.
• Previous experience in the financial market with knowledge of Fixed Income, Variable Income, and Foreign Exchange Operations.
• Familiarity with topics such as anti-money laundering, client registration, Suitability, and applicable regulations.
• Knowledge of best market practices for assessing inherent and residual risks.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different areas of the company.
• English for reading regulations and monitoring/studying emerging topics.
