This team focuses on training and enhancing the performance of the network's advisors by promoting best practices in prospecting and relationship building. The ideal candidate will be passionate about financial planning, sales techniques, and knowledge sharing.

The role involves:

• Conducting commercial and product training for advisors across Brazil.
• Planning and developing training programs.
• Coordinating with stakeholders and strategic partners to implement performance projects.
• Implementing tactical and structural projects to enhance the productivity of XP Inc.'s B2B and B2C channels.

Requirements include:

• Experience in investment advisory.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
