Job Description
XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking an Analyst for Strategy and Performance to join their Business Analytics team. This role focuses on driving results through data analysis and actively participating in business strategy, specifically within XP Securities Services, which aims to be a leader in fiduciary administration. The ideal candidate will help the company to be in top 10 administrators. They will administer more than 1200 funds and 200 billions of AuS.

Role involves:
  • Desdobramento dos objetivos e escopo de projetos em um plano de ação e plano de metas a serem entregues pelas áreas;
  • Generating studies and deep dives of plano de metas, analisando linhas de receitas, captação, despesas, em diversos prismas conectando com iniciativas dos times comerciais, operacionais e de controles;
  • Executing and leading rituais de gestão de performance do Business, como reuniões de resultados mensais para a alta liderança do negócio;
  • Working in partnership with the áreas de negócio para tomada de decisão a partir de análises com dados ajudando à resolução de problemas do negócio em contato direto com heads do business;
  • Acompanhar iniciativas do business desde o Desenvolvimento até a execução, sob o direcionamento do líder sênior e heads do negócio;
  • Realizar estratégias de cross-sell, análise de bechmarks de mercado, para alavancar o resultado da área;
  • Tornar visível e evidente em painéis, relatórios e apresentações o crescimento do negócio.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge in Brazilian financial market products.
  • Ability to relate to various stakeholders and make important connections.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into data-driven solutions.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
  • Understanding of ETL processes.
