XP Inc., a leading financial institution in Brazil, is seeking an Analytics Engineer to join its Performance & Analytics team. This role involves working closely with business and technology teams to leverage data for driving results. The Analytics Engineer will be responsible for structuring ambiguous business problems into data-driven solutions, leading initiatives in multidisciplinary teams, and influencing stakeholders.Role involves:

• Partnering with business areas for data-driven decision making.
• Collaborating with technology areas for initiative implementation.
• Creating accurate data layers and single sources of truth (SSOT).
• Visualizing business growth through dashboards and reports.
• Monitoring data to ensure availability and accuracy.
• Conducting performance analyses of different XP Inc. businesses.
• Influencing decision-making and leading initiatives.
• Partnering with data scientists to develop predictive models and improve operations.
• Defining key indicators for tracking results.
• Training others on analytics tools.

Requirements:

• Ability to structure ambiguous business problems into data-driven solutions.
• Decision-making and stakeholder influence skills.
• Ability to lead initiatives in multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical and hands-on profile.
• Understanding of ETL processes.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python/PySpark.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
