• Owning training products and ensuring their effectiveness.
• Supporting the training and development of leaders and investment advisors.
• Developing training materials and content.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a supervisor or sales coordinator.
• Deep understanding of the sales process and leadership rituals.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
