Analista de FP&A Senior (Anaplan)

XP Inc. is seeking a highly motivated FP&A Senior Analyst to join its Financial Planning and Analysis team. This role is based in São Paulo, SP. The ideal candidate will be passionate about challenges and constantly seeking efficiency, with a strong background in financial modeling, analysis, and budget planning.

The FP&A team's mission is to develop financial analyses that support strategic decision-making, ensuring financial sustainability and improving XP Inc.'s performance and profitability. The Senior Analyst will play a key role in developing models, analyzing financial data, and participating in automation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Developing models in Anaplan with a focus on budget and forecast construction.
• Building, updating, and revising financial models and simulators.
• Analyzing financial data critically, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Participating in projects for automation, modeling, and implementation of financial systems.
• Direct contact with developers, the SAP squad, and CFOs to design process and modeling improvements.

Requirements:

• Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture.
• Knowledge of financial modeling.
• Experience with financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Residence in São Paulo.
• Knowledge of programming languages (Scala, SQL, and Python) is a plus.
• Experience in Anaplan or IBM Planning Analytics is a plus.
