Analista de FP&A Senior (People Cost)

XP Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its Financial Planning and Analysis team. This role is based in São Paulo, SP. The FP&A team's mission is to develop financial analyses to support strategic decision-making, ensuring financial sustainability and improving XP's performance and profitability. The ideal candidate will be passionate about challenges and constantly seeking efficiency.

Role Involves:

• Developing financial analyses
• Supporting strategic decision-making
• Ensuring financial sustainability
• Improving XP's performance and profitability
• Financial planning, including budgets, financial projections, and short and long-term financial goals.
• Detailed analysis of financial data, identifying trends, opportunities and risks.
• Performance analysis, projections and recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

• Alignment with XP's culture
• Analytical profile with the ability to critically analyze financial data, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks
• Knowledge of data analysis tools
• Experience in financial planning, with knowledge and experience in financial plans, budgeting, and projections
• Previous experience in FP&A
• Advanced Excel skills
• Knowledge in programming languages (desirable)
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Anaplan (desirable)
• Advanced English (desirable)
