Job Description
XP Inc. is seeking an FP&A Specialist to join their People team. This role is based in São Paulo, SP. The specialist will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing costs related to the workforce and organizational structure, aiming for efficiency gains, financial sustainability, and alignment with the company's strategy.

Role involves:
- Analyzing personnel allocation and organizational structure to identify optimization opportunities.
- Evaluating payroll costs, benefits, and charges, proposing rationalization actions.
- Conducting benchmark studies of structure and productivity by area or function.
- Supporting organizational redesigns with a focus on cost efficiency and governance.
- Developing financial projections and scenarios related to personnel structure.
- Collaborating with HR and business areas to ensure structures align with strategic objectives.
- Preparing reports and executive analyses to support leadership decision-making.
Requirements:
- Analytical profile, capable of critically analyzing financial data.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and projections.
- Previous experience in FP&A.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge in programming languages (desirable).
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Anaplan (desirable).
- Advanced English (desirable).
