Banco XP is seeking a Senior Legal Analyst to join its legal team, specifically supporting Banco XP's Operations and Credit Products teams. This role is crucial for enabling the structuring of operations, new credit products, improvements to existing flows, and monitoring regulatory developments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and be passionate about challenges.

Role Involves:

• Providing legal support to the Credit BU.
• Monitoring and addressing regulatory demands.
• Drafting and reviewing policies, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Issuing legal opinions and analyses to support internal areas.
• Negotiating contractual instruments with various counterparties.

Requirements:

• Organized and committed profile with the ability to handle multiple demands.
• Previous experience in financial institutions and/or law firms with a focus on credit operations and/or capital markets will be considered a plus.
