XP Inc., a leading independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Fixed Income Origination team in São Paulo. This role focuses on originating fixed income products, specifically bank-issued securities, for XP Inc.'s distribution channels. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of commercial and technical skills, with a strong understanding of credit analysis and macroeconomic trends.Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with financial institutions to originate CDBs, LCAs, LCIs, LCDs, and other fixed income products.
• Manage the product and campaign pipeline.
• Participate in internal product discussions and committees, collaborating with other internal teams.

Requirements:

• Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture.
• Bachelor's degree in administration, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills (both oral and written).
• Technical proficiency and prior knowledge of fixed income.
