XP Inc., a leading independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Senior Investor to join its Investor B2B team. This team focuses on assisting clients with asset dollarization. The ideal candidate will be passionate, committed, and eager to grow, thriving in a role that involves building relationships with advisors and clients, developing a new area, and discussing market trends.

Role Involves:

• Developing the Investor area within B2B, focusing on service standards, CRM, scalability, and standardized service.
• Engaging in intensive sales efforts to discuss international markets with clients, emphasizing dollarization.
• Traveling to build relationships with key B2B partners.

Requirements:

• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advisor with CPA20 / CEA / CFP / SIE certification.
• Strong sales drive.
• Public speaking ability for potential presentations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Knowledge of dollarization strategies.
• Familiarity with US market products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, Stocks).
