Job Description

XP Inc. is seeking a Sales Derivatives professional for their B2C team in São Paulo. The role is within the Structured Products B2C Desk, which manages, distributes, and promotes Treasury products to XP's end clients. The focus is on serving individual clients with derivatives across various asset classes.

The role involves intense contact with pricing and structuring derivative operations, developing distribution strategies for the direct channel, supporting operators, advisors, and end clients, and commercial engagement with these stakeholders. It also includes monitoring the operations stock and conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses.

Responsibilities include:

  • Contact with pricing and structuring of operations with Derivatives
  • Elaboration of distribution strategies in the direct channel, supporting operators, advisors and end clients
  • Commercial intensity with operators, advisors and end clients
  • Monitoring of the stock of operations and qualitative and quantitative analyses

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Macroeconomics
  • Consolidated experience in Derivatives
  • Commercial Development
