XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Sales Specialist for its Previdência area, focusing on the North and Northeast regions. The role involves supporting financial advisors in the B2C channel, helping clients achieve their financial goals through strategic allocation of Previdência products.
The Sales Specialist will work within the Estratégia da Assessoria XP team, requiring a strong understanding of macroeconomics and Previdência, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting advisors in Previdência allocation and client service.
- Building relationships with stakeholders in the B2C channel.
- Identifying product development opportunities.
- Creating and delivering presentations and roadshows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, economics, engineering, or related fields.
- Commercial profile with strong communication skills.
- Proactive and organized with a willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of Previdência and Funds.
