Job Description
The XP Inc. is seeking a highly qualified IT Coordinator to lead multidisciplinary teams in low-code, RPA, vendor management, and project governance. The role involves strategic definition of standards, governance, and continuous process improvement, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities include:
  • Managing and coordinating low-code development, RPA automation, vendor management, and project governance teams.
  • Defining standards, best practices, and governance for solution development in SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, Power BI, and RPA tools.
  • Acting as a point of contact between teams and business areas to understand demands, align priorities, and ensure effective deliveries.
  • Ensuring the quality of developed solutions through technical reviews and adherence to best market practices.
  • Monitoring and ensuring the performance and stability of solutions in production, promoting continuous improvements.
  • Managing contracts and relationships with suppliers, ensuring alignment with business needs and quality in service delivery.
  • Coordinating project governance, ensuring processes are followed and initiatives align with the company's strategy.
  • Planning and managing the backlog of demands, ensuring team efficiency and meeting deadlines.
  • Supporting team training, promoting training, and disseminating knowledge about the technologies used.
  • Working with IT and information security areas to ensure compliance and security of solutions.

Requirements include:
  • Experience coordinating low-code development and RPA automation teams.
  • Advanced knowledge in SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, Power BI, and RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar).
  • Experience in project management and technology governance.
  • Knowledge in vendor management and IT contracts.
  • Skill in databases and integration via APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Experience with code versioning (Git) and good development practices.
  • Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, ITIL, Kanban).
  • Experience in defining governance and best practices for development and automation.
