Job Description

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Junior PowerPlatform Developer. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

The role involves creating and optimizing workflows, applications, and dashboards, ensuring the efficiency and scalability of internal processes. The developer will work in collaboration with IT teams and business areas to ensure solutions adhere to organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

• Developing, implementing, and optimizing solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, and Power BI
• Resolving incidents and problems related to developed solutions
• Identifying opportunities for automation and digitization of processes
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation for implemented solutions
• Integrating developed solutions with other internal systems via APIs and databases
• Conducting tests, monitoring, and maintenance of solutions

Requirements:

• Experience with low-code solutions development and support
• Advanced knowledge of SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Programming logic skills
• Knowledge of databases and API integration (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, ITIL, Kanban)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
