XP Inc., a leading independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Software Engineer to join its team in São Paulo. The ideal candidate will contribute to developing efficient systems and solutions that support XP Inc.'s products, ensuring security, innovation, and quality for clients.

The Software Engineer will work within the Engineering team, which is responsible for various areas, including financial products (Credit, Banking, Fixed Income, and Variable Income) and support areas like Registration and Credit Analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Developing systems and solutions for XP Inc.'s products
• Ensuring security, innovation, and quality
• Collaborating with different teams within XP Inc.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in C# and .Net programming languages
• Knowledge of Front-end, preferably React
• Experience with Cloud, messaging tools, and microservices
• Ability to write clean and well-written code, ensuring quality standards and code review
• Ability to handle competing priorities, taking on responsibilities and risks in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work in a flexible on-site model (3 times a week in the office) in São Paulo/SP
