Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing compensation strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Analyzing and revising compensation policies to ensure market competitiveness.
• Managing compensation projects, including bonuses, incentives, and benefits.
• Conducting market analysis and benchmarking for SAP compensation best practices.
• Providing support and guidance to the HR team and managers on compensation matters.
• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations related to compensation.
• Preparing reports and presentations for senior management on the effectiveness of compensation policies.
• Collaborating with other areas of the company to align compensation strategies with overall business objectives.
• Participating in internal and external audits related to compensation.
• Conducting training and workshops on compensation policies and practices for the HR team and managers.

Requirements:

• Experience with the SAP platform.
• Experience in compensation.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules related to HR, especially SAP HCM.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
