XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking an Infrastructure Analyst | Cloud to join its Cloud team. This team is responsible for infrastructure support and cloud transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and innovation, eager to learn new things, and ready to get hands-on.

The Infrastructure Analyst will be responsible for:

• Supporting and operating cloud environments
• Handling incidents and resolving problems
• Creating and configuring cloud resources
• Participating in transformation and optimization projects

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Solid experience in Azure Cloud Support and Architecture
• Solid experience in cloud capacity analysis
• Experience with container infrastructure (kubectl, YAML, Deployment, Services, POD, Ingress, Configmap, Secrets, EKS, and AKS)
• Experience creating operational instructions and environment topologies
• Experience in root cause analysis
• Experience in critical business environments
• Azure certifications
• IT-related education
• Advanced technical English
