Job Description
A XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking an Assistente de ServiceNow | CMDB to join their team in São Paulo. This role is within the Configuration Management area, focused on ensuring the integrity, quality, and evolution of the CMDB. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data governance, process automation, and continuous improvement in configuration management.
Role involves:
- Assisting in the management and maintenance of the CMDB on the ServiceNow platform.
- Supporting the updating and cleaning of configuration data.
- Collaborating in the maintenance and implementation of Discovery processes and service mapping.
- Helping create and maintain relationships between configuration items (ICs).
- Supporting the team in basic administration of the CMDB module.
- Participating in CMDB integration activities with other areas and systems.
Requirements:
- Higher education in IT related courses.
- Initial experience with ServiceNow is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of CMDB administration and configuration on ServiceNow.
- Initial notions of Service Mapping and Discovery in ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ITSM and ITOM concepts.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL, especially in Configuration and Asset Management processes.
- Willingness to learn and develop in a strategic IT area.
- Good communication and ability to collaborate with multifunctional teams.
- Organization and attention to detail in data management.
- Proactivity in suggesting small improvements for CMDB optimization.
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT-related functions.
