Job Description

XP Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join its Configuration Management area. The role focuses on ensuring the integrity, quality, and evolution of the CMDB, providing greater visibility and control over the company's IT assets. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data governance, process automation, and continuous improvements in configuration management.

Role involves:

  • Developing and customizing solutions in the ServiceNow ITSM module.
  • Managing and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
  • Implementing automations and process improvements using Flow Designer and workflows.
  • Supporting platform administration, including updates and maintenance.
  • Collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Integrating ServiceNow with other tools via APIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields.
  • Experience with the ServiceNow ITSM module.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Workflows.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform configuration and administration.
  • Experience with system integration via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and IT service management.
  • Ability to develop automations with Flow Designer and Configuration Management.
  • Ability to work autonomously and propose solutions to complex problems.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactivity and ability to identify improvements and optimizations.
  • Good time management and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaboration and team spirit.
  • 2-4 years of experience with the ServiceNow ITSM module.
