Job Description

XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Product Designer Junior to join their Offshore Investment team. This role focuses on connecting investors to global opportunities through digital products. The Product Designer Junior will translate client feedback into product development, contributing to the design process from conception to implementation and results monitoring.

Role Involves:

• Translating client feedback into digital product development.
• Contributing to the entire design process.
• Creating navigable prototypes in Figma.
• Ensuring alignment of components to the Design System.
• Participating in the research process.
• Implementing and monitoring satisfaction surveys.
• Staying updated on market trends and innovation opportunities.
• Maintaining updated and organized design documentation.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Excel, PowerPoint, and Typeform.
• Experience in applying Visual/UI fundamentals.
• Ability to create web and mobile interactions and navigable prototypes.
• Good understanding of English (reading and listening).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to interact with people from different areas and seniorities.
• Cohesive and objective verbal and written expression.
• Attention to detail and organization.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new things.
