XP Inc., a major independent financial institution in Brazil, is seeking a Product Design Pleno to join its Renda Fixa team. The Product Designer will focus on simplifying fixed income products for over 5 million clients. The role involves collaboration, addressing challenges, and delivering results with high quality.

The Product Designer will translate client needs into digital products, contributing throughout the design process.

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding problems and debating scenarios.
• Designing and validating process flows.
• Participating in research to validate hypotheses.
• Proactively improving processes and operations.
• Supporting collaborative dynamics with other areas.
• Analyzing data and tracking results.

Requirements include:

• Experience in Visual/UI fundamentals.
• Experience with Figma (Mobile and Web cases).
