Job Description

XP Inc., a leading financial institution in Brazil, is seeking talented individuals for its XP Future program in Campinas. This is a disruptive initiative designed for professionals with strong commercial skills who are looking to transition into roles as investment advisors. The program offers comprehensive support for integrating into the advisory field, developing skills in sales, client prospecting, and investment products. Participants will also gain an immersive experience in the financial market. Role involves:

• Advising clients on wealth management.
• Creating investment portfolios aligned with client profiles and objectives.
• Analyzing external allocations and identifying opportunities.
• Staying informed on market trends and economic scenarios.
• Maintaining frequent contact with clients online and in person.

Requirements:

• Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture.
• Completed higher education or currently in the final year of a night program.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Campinas.
• Commercial and relational profile.
• Commercial experience (preferably in new business prospecting).
• Curiosity about the investment world.
• Interest in a career transition.
• Experience in other market segments (e.g., payment methods, fintechs).
• Not currently an Investment Advisor or Autonomous Agent (AAI).
