This initiative is designed for professionals with strong commercial skills who are looking to transition into roles as investment advisors. The program offers comprehensive support for integrating into the advisory field, developing skills in sales, client prospecting, and investment products.

Participants will receive in-depth training in the financial market and have access to a robust career path to become successful commercial professionals within the brokerage. XP Inc. provides a supportive environment for rapid integration and skill enhancement, including the opportunity to obtain the CPA-20 certification.

The role involves advising clients on wealth management, creating investment portfolios aligned with their profiles and goals, analyzing external allocations, and staying informed about economic trends. The position requires a high frequency of client contact, both online and in person.

Requirements:

• Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture
• Completed higher education or last year of night school
• Availability to work in person in Rio de Janeiro
• Commercial and relational profile
• Commercial experience (preferably in new business prospecting)
• Curiosity about the investment world
• Interest in a career transition
• Experience in other market segments
• Not currently an Investment Advisor or Autonomous Agent (AAI)
