The role involves advising clients on wealth management, creating investment portfolios aligned with their profiles and goals, analyzing external allocations, and staying informed about market trends. What this role involves:
- Advising and assisting clients with wealth management.
- Creating investment portfolios based on client profiles and objectives.
- Analyzing external allocations and identifying opportunities.
- Staying informed about market trends and economic scenarios.
- Maintaining frequent contact with clients online and in person.
Requirements:
- Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture.
- Completed higher education or currently in the final year of a night program.
- Commercial and relational profile.
- Commercial experience (preferably in new business prospecting).
- Curiosity about the investment world.
- Interest in transitioning careers.
- Experience in other market segments (e.g., payment methods, fintech).
- Not currently an Investment Advisor or Autonomous Agent (AAI).
