Role Involves:

• Advising and assisting clients with wealth management.
• Developing investment portfolios aligned with client profiles and objectives.
• Analyzing external allocations and identifying opportunities.
• Staying informed about market trends and economic scenarios.
• Maintaining frequent contact with clients online and in person.

Requirements:

• Alignment with XP Inc.'s culture.
• Completed higher education or in the final year of a night program.
• Availability to work in person in São Paulo.
• Commercial and relational profile.
• Commercial experience (preferably in new business prospecting).
• Curiosity about the investment world.
• Interest in a career transition.
• Experience in other market segments.
• Not currently an Investment Advisor or Autonomous Agent (AAI).
