The Analista de Estratégia de Produto will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial team by providing expert advice and assistance in managing client portfolios. Role Involves:

• Monitoring top-performing market products, particularly in Funds and Fixed Income.
• Building relationships with financial institutions to secure optimal opportunities and streamline information exchange.
• Assisting the Commercial team by advising on client wealth management, analyzing allocations across various financial institutions, and creating exclusive comparative studies.
• Scaling the commercial team's efforts by aligning product allocation with asset class strategies.
• Developing investment portfolios tailored to clients' profiles and objectives.
• Staying informed on market trends and economic developments.

Requirements:

• Commercial and technical acumen with strong interpersonal skills.
• High level of intensity and discipline for engaging with commercial teams and clients.
• Prior experience in the financial market with basic knowledge of macroeconomics and current events.
• Residence in São Paulo due to the 100% on-site nature of the position.
• Bachelor's degree.
