Job Description

The XP Inc. is seeking an Analyst in Wealth Management | Daily Banker to join its Wealth Management team. The Analyst will be responsible for originating and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing strategic knowledge in resource allocation and capital protection. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a desire to pursue a career as a Banker.Role involves:

• Direct relationship with sophisticated clients.
• Optimize internal processes and controls.
• Control client operations and positions, execute and record client orders.
• Offer products to clients.
• Interface with other areas of the Bank (Credit, Asset, Exchange, IB, International, etc.)
• Assist Bankers in managing pipeline and hedging redemptions.
• Participate in face-to-face meetings and events, promote these agendas and client interaction with Wealth Planning structures.
• In partnership with Bankers, act on fundraising opportunities.
• Assist Bankers Unique in conducting day-to-day business with clients.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of financial products.
• Excellent communication, sales and negotiation skills.
• Degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering or related courses.
• Desire to pursue a career as a Banker.
• Fluent English, mandatory CPA-20 (CEA will be a differential).
• 100% in-person work model (São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Curitiba, Brasília, Recife and Belo Horizonte)
