XP Inc. is seeking motivated individuals for an entry-level Investment Advisor position in Campinas. The role is with one of Brazil's largest independent financial institutions. The company values client focus, an entrepreneurial spirit, an open mind, and big dreams. This is a fully on-site role.

The Investment Advisor will be responsible for advising clients on wealth management, creating investment portfolios, analyzing external allocations, monitoring market trends, and maintaining frequent contact with clients.

Role Involves:

• Advising and assisting clients with wealth management.
• Creating investment portfolios aligned with client profiles and objectives.
• Analyzing external allocations and identifying opportunities.
• Monitoring market trends and staying informed about the economic landscape.
• Maintaining frequent contact with clients online and in person.

Requirements:

• Commercial profile and strong communication skills.
• High level of intensity and discipline for online client contact.
• Basic knowledge of macroeconomics and current events.
• Residence in Campinas, SP.
• Enrolled in (from 5th semester) or completed higher education.
• If still in college, must be in a night course.
