The ideal candidate will have a commercial profile, strong interpersonal skills, and a drive for consistent results. XP Inc. provides comprehensive support for integration and development in advisory roles, focusing on communication skills, financial product knowledge, and market immersion.

Responsibilities include:

• Advising clients on wealth management.
• Creating investment portfolios aligned with client profiles and objectives.
• Analyzing external allocations and identifying opportunities.
• Staying informed on market trends and economic updates.
• Maintaining frequent online and in-person client contact.

Requirements:

• Commercial profile and strong communication skills.
• High level of intensity and discipline for online client contact.
• Basic knowledge of macroeconomics and current events.
• Residence in São Paulo, as the position is 100% in-person.
• Enrolled in (5th semester or later) or completed higher education.
• Enrollment in a night course if still in college.
